Entrepreneurial success requires a culture of trust that is built on appreciation as much as on clarity. I have always been fascinated by the influence that culture has on the long-term success of a company. Innovative strength and the ability to change particularly need a culture of trust and leadership in which employees can contribute with a sense of joy and commitment. To achieve this goal, I want to strengthen the effectiveness of leaders and employees and design leadership programs so that they have a measurable impact on the corporate culture.
