As an entrepreneur with a German-Indian background, a systemic coach and jazz pianist with a pilot’s license, I learned early on how to navigate different worlds – listening carefully, adapting when necessary and providing guidance. This mindset shapes my work: in jazz, I value creative flexibility; from aviation I bring precise and respectful communication, a deep sense of responsibility and a constructive approach to mistakes.
