About Lara
I have been part of Be in touch GmbH since 2025 and support our team with my passion for change and transformation as well as the optimization of various back-office processes. After completing my training as an office management assistant, I went on to earn both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education degree in teaching. I am currently expanding my profile at the Royal Academy of Dance in London, where I am studying for a Certificate in Dance Teaching Ballet. Structure and creativity are particularly important to me – even if at first glance these seem to be opposites, for me they complement each other perfectly. Open and positive communication is very important to me because I believe it is the basis for good cooperation and genuine connection between people.
