About Oliver

The courage to change is my personal motivation and engine in professional settings. For me, human and collegial forms of work and communication are the cornerstones of successful and changeable companies. Courageous decisions therefore require room for reflection and slowing down at the management level. This allows the "good in the old" to become visible and be able to become effective with new inspiration for solutions and organizational developments. For this to succeed, open thinking spaces for intercultural and intergenerational dialogue are needed. This motivates me and I am always happy to do my part to help in many areas of life in our society.
