About Mike
During my studies, I already dealt with the necessary competencies for managers in view of complex requirements. In the course of my own professionalization, I ultimately realized that it is less about learning new skills than about understanding that the "Ego" constructs its own reality. Since then I have been exploring and questioning how the people I advise “construct reality”: I support them as a sparring partner and help to dissolve self-imposed limits so that they can finally act more effectively in their role as a leader.
