With regard to the transformation of our working world, I do not only see an urgent need, but also great opportunities. I support organizations, teams, and individuals in shaping their personal path to new ways of working: To unleash creative capacities, to discover hidden potentials and to counteract mental exhaustion. I work systemically, with a view of the big picture. Change begins with each and every one of us — but it does not end there. Sustainable development can only succeed if systems and structures support it. New Work is more than just fancy workspaces and the introduction of new methods: Rather, it is about a complex process of cultural development and personal growth for which psychological safety within organizations is essential. In my work, I advocate a conscious use of resources, not only those in our environment, but also our own. I want to develop potentials and reduce stress — in people and organizations.
