I am intrigued by people and the systems in which they operate. I have been blessed to gain experience in a wide variety of areas and positions. Whether as a leader, project manager or freelancer, one thing quickly came to my attention: Beneath the surface of different systems there is often more than we can see. It takes courage to look at these hidden needs and conflicts. But it is worth it because this is exactly where the potential for sustainable change lies.
